After You Order

You will receive an order confirmation by email immediately. Once your parcel has been prepared and collected by the carrier, a second email will arrive with your tracking number. The first tracking scan can take up to 48 hours to appear.

Tracking Your Parcel

Use the tracking number from your dispatch email on the carrier's website to follow your parcel. If your tracking has not moved for several days, contact us and we will investigate on your behalf.

Customs and Duties

Depending on your country, import duties or taxes may apply on arrival. These are set by local authorities, are payable by the recipient, and are not included in the price you paid at checkout.

Changing Your Address

If you need to correct your delivery address, contact us as quickly as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, the address can no longer be changed.

Undelivered Parcels

If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or the delivery was not collected, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
